NY96

Another lesson my Dad taught me: you’re born into a club. You support local, your hometown team because it represents you. It’s where you’re from. So you’re stuck supporting that club, through good times and bad.

I’m fortunate enough to have a professional club in my backyard, that I can go see every weekend. In an amazing Cathedral of a stadium where we’re exposed to local, national, and international stars playing The World’s Sport.

Because of that, I get the opportunity to bump into footballers that have represented my hometown team. Whether past or present, MetroStars or Red Bulls, academy or reserves. They wore, represented, and fought for the badge that I never had the chance to. For that, they’re stars in my eyes and I won’t pass up the opportunity to show love and capture the moment.
